Anthony C. Sears, Esq. understands how the life of those injured changes in an instant and is committed to achieving the best results.

Overall, his practice consists of automobile, construction accident, negligent security, nursing home negligence, premises, wrongful death, and other civil litigation lawsuits. Mr. Sears was named to Superlawyers Rising Stars in the law for 2019, 2020, and 2021 Top Attorneys of the Year in 2022.
In addition to his practice of law, Anthony is an active member of the LGBT Bar Association of New York. He mentors pre-law students with aspirations to attend law school and mentors LGBTQ law students who are actively enrolled in law school in New York. Additionally, he obtained First Place Individual Mediator at the International Northeastern International Academy of Dispute Resolution Tournament.
